The Hydraulic Separator uses high-pressure hydraulic oil as the medium. After the exhaust valve is used to close the exhaust, the hydraulic driving force is used to drive the hydraulic cylinder piston to drive the separator to oscillate back and forth. The upper end of the separator is closed by a hydraulically driven exhaust valve, and the lower end is opened by a hydraulically driven intake valve. The hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder from the oil pump through the intake valve, and then flows out from the hydraulic cylinder to the separator. The hydraulic oil flow rate inside the separator is faster, and the hydraulic oil flow rate outside the separator is slower, so that the impurities in the hydraulic oil are forced to the inner wall of the shell of the separator. With the continuous opening and closing of the exhaust valve, the separator oscillates back and forth, and the impurities in the hydraulic oil are constantly removed.
The function of the hydraulic separator is very simple, mainly to remove impurities in the hydraulic oil and make the hydraulic system cleaner. The impurities in hydraulic oil mainly come from the wear particles of hydraulic components such as hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, and hydraulic cylinders. When hydraulic oil is dirty, the service life of various hydraulic components will be greatly shortened. Under normal circumstances, the hydraulic oil needs to be precisely filtered by the filter and separator in order to eliminate impurities and ensure the quality of the hydraulic oil.
