Plate heat exchangers consist of a series of plates with channels for the hot and cold fluids to flow through. The plates are typically made of stainless steel or titanium and are stacked together with gaskets to create multiple flow channels. This design allows for efficient heat transfer between the fluids, with minimal pressure drop.
The all-Welded Plate Heat Exchanger does not use any non-metallic sealing material, and can have high temperature and pressure resistance. It can be applied to the extreme working conditions of operating temperature 300°C and pressure 3.0Mpa. The normal working temperature of the Gasket Plate Heat Exchanger is less than 150°C (related to the performance of the sealing material), and the pressure is less than 1.6Mpa.
