The detachable all-Welded Heat Exchanger can be cleaned by removing the cover plate when the plate is blocked. The plate heat exchanger plates structure is different, the ultimate purpose of its design is to strengthen the heat transfer effect of the plate, increase the stiffness of the plate surface, improve the pressure capacity of the plate heat exchanger.
The Semi-welded Plate Heat Exchanger uses laser welding to weld two plates together, forming a sealed channel in the middle. In refrigeration applications, the refrigerant flows in the laser welded channel, only contacting the two refrigerant and compressor oil sealing rings at the entrance and exit of the plate group, and the other side of the medium is still sealed with a rubber ring, which can be removed if necessary.
