The working principle of the plate heat exchanger is that two different media (cold/hot) achieve heat transfer through the corresponding material plate, and the process of heating the cold medium or cooling the hot medium is realized in two different channels A and B.

 

The process of heat exchanger is composed of many plates assembled according to certain process and technical requirements of the demander. When assembled, A plate and B plate are alternately arranged, a network channel is formed between the plates, four corner holes form a distribution tube and a confluent tube, and the sealing pad seals the hot and cold media in the heat exchanger, while reasonably separating the hot and cold media without mixing. In the channel, the cold and hot fluid flow at intervals, can be countercurrent or along the flow, in the flow process of the cold and hot fluid through the wall for heat exchange. There are many process combinations of plate heat exchangers, which are realized by using different commutating plates and different assemblies. The process combination form can be divided into single process, multi-process and vapor-liquid exchange process, and mixed process form.
