Manufacturing principle of brazed plate heat exchanger: 

The plate is formed by coil cutting and pressing; Brazing material (copper, nickel or stainless steel) by coil cutting stamping; Separate the plate and brazing material; A sheet bag is formed after the plate and filler metal are installed. The installation plate package, the frame plate, the pressure plate and the nozzle pre-installation products are put into the vacuum brazing furnace for high temperature vacuum brazing; The brazing material gathers at the contact point between the plates after melting at high temperature; When the product is cooled, a high-strength brazing structure is formed at the contact point of the plate.
